    The 3 Objectives of Our Guided Meditation Program

    1. Participants will learn about the mindfulness practice and healing benefits of sitting meditation.
    2. Participants will practice meditation and creative visualization during guided meditation.
    3. Participants will cultivate their own sitting meditation practice to then practice on their own.

    What is Meditation?

    Meditation is the mindfulness practice of stilling the mind and the body. The practice prompts the practitioner to focus on their breathing while thoughts naturally and gradually appear. This gives the practitioner the opportunity to become aware of their thoughts, many of which are scripts from their subconscious mind programming. This process allows for the practitioner to become the observer of their thoughts and decide whether or not they want to release them or to cultivate them depending on how the thoughts make them feel.
