As a professional mental health services provider, Serenity Counseling & Support Services is focused on providing the type of mental health services we ourselves would like to receive.

Our mental health clinics offer comfortable, cozy, and private suites at both our Henderson mental health clinic and Las Vegas mental health clinic that our clients find helpful for family counseling, group counseling and individual, one on one counseling sessions.

Helping Our Clients Navigate the Path to Wellness

Our professional mental health service providers and therapists help clients with many different concerns through in-person therapy either on-site or off-site including telehealth therapy.

HIPAA-compliant Telehealth
We utilize various secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to provide these services. Many of the platforms are easy to use and do not require you to download / install an app, but do require a computer / laptop, phone or tablet capable of internet access and reliable internet via a mobile data connection or WiFi. While telehealth has made it easier than ever to connect to a provider, it does have some limitations.

Please be aware, telehealth services are only for Nevada residents due to clinic restrictions for licensing, etcetera. We can only provide telehealth services while a client is physically located within the State of Nevada. We cannot provide telehealth services while clients are traveling out of the state or for clients who reside in other states.

Medication Management
For clients seeking mental health medication management services, all services are provided via telehealth on the doxy.me platform and all prescriptions are electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice (ie, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc).

For Clients in the Las Vegas Area
For clients residing in Henderson, Las Vegas, and surrounding areas, our mental health clinics are open for in-person individual, family, or group therapy. While clients outside of the Las Vegas area can access the same great therapy services via telehealth. Telehealth therapy is a way of privately-meeting with a provider from the comfort of your home or other location and not having to travel to our offices.

If you are looking for a direct-pay option for therapy in the Henderson and Las Vegas area, our therapists accept cash-pay clients.
