Benefits of Mental Health Counseling & Therapy
About Rachel
Rachel Seebach is a Clinical Social Work Intern at Serenity Counseling and Support Services’ Las Vegas therapy clinic. She knows that beginning therapy can be nerve-wracking, and she strives to meet clients where they’re at with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.
Rachel takes an integrative, humanistic approach to therapy, primarily utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and incorporating other modalities which benefit clients based on their individual needs. She utilizes trauma-informed practices and works to help clients deepen their understanding of the mind-body connection. She believes wholeheartedly in the dignity and worth of every person, and will work collaboratively with you to build upon your strengths in pursuit of your goals.
Rachel works with clients of all ages, and her primary areas of focus on mental health concerns include mood disorders, PTSD and post-traumatic growth, grief (see: coping skills and depression), perfectionism, and anger / emotion regulation.
Rachel completed her undergraduate education at Wellesley College and Columbia College of SC and earned her master’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
