Resolve Group Concerns or Work Related Issues in a Productive Way

Group therapy is counseling for a group of people that is generally geared towards a specific topic, such as anger management, and is typically used in conjunction with individual, one-on-one therapy.

Our group therapy sessions usually consist of groups of 6 to 8 people and are only held in our Henderson therapy clinic or Las Vegas therapy clinic on a weekly basis for a specific length of time – typically ranging between 8 to 10 weeks.

The Focus & Goals of Group Therapy Are to Learn New Skills

Group therapy is always led by our professional therapists and is different from a support group in that the leader is a licensed therapist and not a lay-person (aka, a group member).

The focus and goals are to learn new skills while also gaining insight and new perspectives into the topic of the group as a whole.

Benefits and insurances are accepted for counseling including telehealth therapy. Cash-pay therapy is for in-office only.
