The Las Vegas mental health therapy clinic of Serenity Counseling and Support Services has several comfortable, cozy, and private suites we are sure you will find helpful for counseling sessions.

We Help Our Clients
Our therapy clinic helps clients with many different concerns by providing in-person and telehealth treatment options. For clients residing in Las Vegas, and the surrounding areas, our office is open for in-person individual, family, or group therapy. While clients outside of the Las Vegas area can access the same great therapy services via telehealth. Telehealth is a way of privately meeting with a provider from the comfort of your home and not having to travel to our office. We utilize various secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant platforms to provide telehealth services. Many of the platforms are easy to use and do not require you to download an app, but do require a device capable of internet access and reliable internet.

For clients seeking medication management services, all services are provided via telehealth on the doxy.me platform and all prescriptions are electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice. While telehealth has made it easier than ever to connect to a provider, it does have some limitations. We can only provide telehealth services while a client is physically located within the State of Nevada. We cannot provide telehealth services while clients are traveling out of the state or for clients who reside in other states.

For Nevada Residents Outside of Las Vegas
For Nevada residents who live away from or are visiting areas outside of the Las Vegas valley, we are happy to provide telehealth video therapy. Please be aware, telehealth services are only for Nevada residents due to clinic restrictions for licensing, etc.

In addition to our one-on-one, family and group counseling services, we also provide medication management and rehabilitative services and basic skills training.
